Minecraft Version Patcher, also called MCPatcher is a small tool,
which can change your Minecraft version easy, comfortable and fast.
A progress which is also called up- and downgrade.

MCPatcher does only Work with Windows. Since porting to other systems would be very complicated, I won't do that!
MCPatcher is officially supported by Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 (maybe it works with an older Windows too).

Since Minecraft Beta 1.5 nearly all versions from MCPatcher are ready for HD texture packs.
Based on the automatic version check, it's very easy to find this out,
because all versions which are ready for HD texture packs have a HDReady in their name.
